Parents and family members are an important part of the UNT family and their support and interest are critical to a student's successful adjustment to university life. See below for information about the Spring Parent & Guest Orientation program and how you can participate.

Registration for spring 2027 Parent & Guest Orientation will be available in September. These sessions are in-person orientations held on the Denton campus.

Disability Accommodations
Students who intend to register with the Office of Disability Access (ODA) under the terms of ADA/504, or who request accommodations during their orientation session, should check the appropriate boxes on their orientation registration materials. In addition, please contact ODA two weeks prior to your orientation date by calling 940-565-4323, TTY callers 1-800-RELAY TX. Visit the ODA website at office of disability access.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your orientation session, you can request to cancel at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled orientation date and be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds
After your orientation date has passed, all orientation fees are non-refundable. If you missed the cancellation deadline, but feel you have an extenuating circumstance, please complete the refund request form below. Your student's decision to attend another college or university is NOT an extenuating circumstance.
If you have duplicate payments for orientation, you may be eligible for a refund. Please complete the refund request form and our staff will reach out to you with more information about your payment status.
