The Office of Disability Access (ODA) is a supportive, student-centered resource dedicated to ensuring every student can fully participate in the UNT experience. As the central campus hub for accessibility and accommodations, ODA works closely with students, faculty and staff to remove barriers and create learning environments where all students can thrive.
ODA’s team partners with students to understand their individual needs, coordinate reasonable accommodations, and provide guidance that helps them navigate both academic and campus life with confidence. The office also collaborates with campus departments to enhance physical, digital and instructional access, reinforcing UNT’s commitment to student success.
I work with faculty, staff, and students making sure that their online content is digitally accessible, through trainings and providing resources. I also have a caseload of students within the ODA I work with.
My favorite part about working at UNT is all the support that the staff members give each other. UNT truly is a family and there are always people willing to help.
